Welcome to DOLIO, the place to be for wine lovers and those with a passion for new tastes! With over 25 years’ combined experience in the world of professional sommellerie and catering, we are proud to welcome you to a place where wine becomes an authentic and warm experience.

Our team of sommeliers is determined to share its love of wine in an accessible way, emphasizing a human and personalized approach. We believe that wine is much more than just a drink; it’s a story, a tradition, a passion. With us, every bottle tells a unique story, and we’re here to guide you through this journey.

David Chevalier,
Restaurant professional, back in France in 2022 after 24 years in London, where he worked in various Michelin-starred establishments. Passionate about wine and gastronomy, he enjoys sharing his knowledge, offering sound advice and guiding you through the fascinating world of grape varieties and food and wine pairings. Welcome to the world of wine, where every glass tells a story.
